I’m lowkey scared 😟
So I started my period today but my swim meet is also today and I don’t want to miss out just because of my period. Also if I do swim i do not know how to put in a tampon. I’m 17 and I’m scared that it’s gonna get stuck while im swimming. So yeah idk if I should swim today or just help out at the meet
