I coughed this up earlier today,idk if it’d help but  my tonsils are swollen too if that has anything to do with that😕

Pretty sure it’s a tonsil stone. If it smells CRAZY bad, that’s what it is.

Take a flashlight and shine it in the back of your throat. If you see little white, grey, or god forbid black specks you probably have tonsil stones. If you do, gargle apple cider vinegar and (if you drink milk) cut down on it. Happens to me allot. 😭
