As a preg woman, do y’all follow the diet restrictions and advice down to a T?
I’m 14w6d and I really haven’t looked up or been super strict about adding a ton of diet nutrition. I don’t eat horrible, but I’ll have a pop tart or chick fil a or whatever 😂 is this bad ??? Do I need to buckle down and be eating a bunch of greens for lunch and din and stuff
