Need insight from PCOSers please!
I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6ish months ago and we're 11 months in trying for baby #2. #1 was no problem conceived first cycle and for the most part pregnancy was a breeze, so this has been a serious head scratcher for us. I miscarried in August which has added to the mental strain of this. My cycles are typically pretty regular despite pcos about 31 days. This month we're on CD 42 and still no sign of AF. I've tested sporadically since CD32 and had 2 tests back to back (CD33 and 34) that appeared positive, but a blood test (CD35) was negative. I had a positive OPK on CD17 and we BD 3 times around then, but with the length of this cycle I would say O didn't occur then. We've BD several more times between now and then. Because my cycles are normally so predictable I didn't continue with OPK's so I have absolutely no way to zero in on when ovulation may have actually occurred. I have felt very off for the past week, nauseous, tired, overly sensitive to smells and tastes with seriously sore breasts and off and on cramps that have felt like the possibility of AF with no show of her. No +hpt since the two before the blood test though. I'm kind of lost at this point. Idk whether I should keep testing or not at this point? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
