Cervix question... could this mean I’m pregnant?

Question

I ovulated at CD 20 - I am 11 dpo today, I took frer 2 days ago & bfn... I ran out of those tests so today I took a cheapie and got another bfn... af was due today but did not get yet. 
My main question is based on above information my cervix is very high (could hardly reach) and closed does this mean I could be pregnant? 
Doesn’t the cervix drop low and open right before period?

Unfortunately, cervical position is not an indicator of pregnancy.

Cp does not indicate pregnancy. Its only helpful to find ovulation.

Not reliable. Your cervix sometimes won't rise until weeks into your pregnancy. It moves through out your cycle. The only reliable way is to take a test

Omg same exact as me!! I ovulated cd20 also!!! My tests are still negative too. Ugh this wait sucks! Also, since we ovulated late when is our period supposed to start?!
