Lol I’m exhausted every night from the day but the only me time I get is when I put my baby down to bed because he sleeps longer. And then I regret it because by the time I go to sleep he wake up to eat 😂😂

Yep. I exclusively pump for my LO so I pump “at” 9. My husband goes to bed around 9 because he gets up early to work out. I sit and watch tv for about 15 min before I pump just for some time that I don’t have to worry about anyone but my self.

This is me. I give my infant his last nursing session at about 8p. Ive found that if i try to watch tv, i stay awake too long. So, i read on my tablet, mostly news. I try to stop and sleep by 9:30.
