My reality of motherhood

To my baby boy,

I’m sorry I was so poorly when you were born. I’m sorry I wasn’t with it most days. I’m sorry I cried all the time. I’m sorry I spent nights in a&e whilst nanny and grandad looked after you. I’m sorry I was tired. I’m sorry that I felt you deserved better. But baby boy you’ve changed my world. You’ve made me your mummy and that’s the best gift any one could give me. Your love and snuggles make everyday worth it. The way you learn things so quickly amazes me everyday. The only thing I’m not sorry for is being your mummy and get I to have that for the rest of my life. No one can prepare you for motherhood, no books or professionals but I wouldn’t change it for the world ❤️❤️❤️
