scared of having a missed miscarriage

I have no bleeding to suggest any miscarriage but I am just scared of my scan on monday. I feel like i’m gonna see something I don’t want to see. I’ve had two and baby has been very active and healthy heart beat. Only reason why i’m scared is because I’m 13 weeks and Have NO symptoms anymore and i just keep seeing people sharing stories of their Missed miscarriages and it scared me to death. I’ve had cramping and I’m just so worried, I guess I just need some reassurance. please no rude comments
