Granuloma?
Is this a granuloma? Going to check the doctor out some time this week. I heard about the silver nitrate, but is it also possible to leave it alone and it will eventually go away? There are times where it looks away then there are times it looks like the bubble secretes some sort of liquid or oil. One day it also had dried blood.
