Why is he acting like this.

So my sons father has blocked me and says “ he doesnt wanna be with me or have any problems “ but yet he wont sign my sons papers so he can get his passaport. We are in Mexico andhe has to sign so i can take the baby. But he isn’t giving any answer, i went to his house and knocked and he was inside and disnt even open then his cusin called me saying that he wasn’t going to open because he didnt want problems and i said i just want him to sign so we can leave to the u.s and i will never bother him, and his cusin said just leave the papers under the door and i said ok just tell him to not rip them and give me them back an let me know if he will sign. And that happend days ago and still i havnt gotten my papers back or any answer and im still blocked . Like if he wanted no problems he would sign so we can leave and leave him alone! I don’t understand what he’s thinking and i cant do court or anything because of where we are thats not even a choice. Were in a type of ranch. He has to go to the embassy w us and sign. But he isnt. When the baby was born he didnt wanna sign because he disnt want me leaving and finding another man . Ik thats stupid! But now he says he wants nothing to do with me and yet he still isn’t signing help me🥺
