I am stuck! What can I do about this?

I don't really know what is going on other than I down in the vaginal area like are the lips. I didn't like the hair down there plus it was long hair,but anyway I did this back in September. Now I have this razor burn that is lingering around. I have tried everything! (Lesson learned) 😥but my main question is what type of infection irritates the vaginal lips like the opening? I'm experiencing slight burning that comes and goes. I am planning making me obgyn doctor appointment soon because my periods are irregular and I don't know why. They have been this way since my son was born July 14th 2017. I haven't had a period since December 28th 2019 but all of my periods are late when I update on glow and clue. I also have recurring bacterial vaginosis if that delays periods.
