Which girls name sounds better?

We both want to name our daughter Emily but feel it's too common so something slightly different. I'm Italian so we are also considering Emilia. Is there any other names very similar to Emily? Or which do you prefer?

Aside from my aunt,  I haven't met anyone else named Emily. Although she says she used to hate her name because it was super popular when she was born I guess. 
I've met a few Amelia's though.
