Spotting at 34 weeks

I am 34 weeks pregnant (on Tuesday!).. and after doing an afternoon walk (45 mins) i got home and drank some water and did some stuff around the house. Around 4-ish, i went to the restroom and when i wiped, it was pink- like i was spotting. I got up and checked the toilet and it looked pink in there with the urine as well. About an hour later went to the bathroom again and the same thing happened. Is this normal? Trying to ease my mind before i just go in to the ER and they send me back home.

Other symptoms include mild abdominal cramping and a headache...
