At night, Do you change your baby’s diaper with every feeding?

Other than when it is obviously soiled/they’re still being fussy after feeding.

If it's dry, there's absolutely no reason to change it. I check it with each feeding but sometimes it's dry so I just leave it. If it's wet or poopy at all I change it

My baby cannot stand a wet diaper, it is wet every time I get up to feed her.

Unless the pad is soaked or there is any poo I leave it. Really important to get a good absorbent nappy coz you don’t want rashes or leaks.
