Could I still be pregnant ??

Period missed since valentine's day, only symptoms I'm having are really really sore breast and headaches and some queasiness here and there and my veins all over my body more bright blue and really visible so I'm 4 days late 17 dpo and I got a faint faint line on a walmart blue dye test earlier last week and I've gotten negatives since? What's going on?? No signs of period at all. Maybe my emotions are messing with me? I just got the news that my father (of 4 girls) is expecting with his wife and that also my sister is pregnant and we would all be due within a week of each other and I didnt take the news well as my father told me he isn't happy with her. And maybe its throwing me off? I'm sk confused and conflicted and anxious. His wife told me she was mad at me bc I may be pregnant and told me she was pissed at me bc why couldnt I just give her her own moment, I've been trying for almost a year since my still birth and it's been devastating so thank you for reading if you have this is the only place I can vent and get the best feed back 💜🤞
