Baby eczema

My little one has started having breakouts of eczema on his head, cheeks, and under his arms. We have been trying to keep it under control with short, daily baths followed by moisturizing with Aveeno baby Eczema Balm. His problem area is a particular spot on his head that he will scratch at until it is bloody. We have gone back to swaddling him at night so he can’t do it in his sleep, but during the day I’ll catch him doing it and try my best to soothe the area so he stops.

Any mamas have tips for soothing irritated eczema flair ups? We do oatmeal baths too, but I’m more looking for what I can try during the day or something I can do to completely eliminate it.
