My soon-to-be ex husband stole my son

My husband and I have been separated since October, my son is 3 1/2 weeks old. There is a question as to the paternity of my son which my husband knew about (he had told me he wanted me to sleep with someone else, practically begged me to do it because he said it would turn him on). In my state though, since we are married, he is seen legally as the father of my child and is on his birth certificate. We’ve been staying with his parents but living in separate bedrooms, doing everything completely separate, etc. Last Wednesday he took my son so that I could sleep as I was sick the day before and had him all night while he was at another girl’s house, and he only slept 3 hours and would not stop crying for anything the rest of the day. So while I was asleep, he took him and left. Took all of his clothes, diapers, wipes, baby bath, everything and disappeared. I have no idea where they are. No idea where my son is. His parents are now kicking me out and have given me until Wednesday to leave. My ex is not responding to any of my messages about seeing my son. He thinks that I’m not mentally stable and that I need to get help with my mental health. I am taking an anti depressant and going to counseling. I called around to a couple of attorneys today but I can’t afford a retainer to hire an attorney to help me. I’m on maternity leave and because he had no job, I was paying everything, so I have no money. I contacted a couple of assistance programs in my area and my state but everything is closed for the holiday today. Please tell me there’s a light at the end of this tunnel. I just want my son back. I don’t know what to do anymore.
