Water leaking? Please Read!

I’ve been 4-5 cm dilated but no change in weeks. I’m currently 36 weeks. This morning my husband and I had sex and I began contracting. Things ended up slowing down after about 1.5 hours so I went to try to nap. I woke up an hour later because of painful contractions, and found that I had extra watery discharge- I had peed multiple times and cleaned up extra semen before I napped. I used a ph strip and it was reading about 6-7 and my contractions have increased in pain over the hour. The problem is ph for semen and AFL is almost exactly the same. Do you think it’s my water leaking?? I was told the tests could give false positives after having sex
