Is it okay to ask my boss to be my referee?
So I worked for about a year as a caregiver for this family. Last week the lady I was taking care of passed away. I desperately need a job now and I want to apply as another caregiver.
They were my first caregiver employers but I feel bad about asking them to be my referee.
