What country/state/island/anywhere is MOST SIMILAR to the United States? Why & how?

And what would be the best place to raise a family? (So a safe, reasonably priced place, and if at all possible, a place with all four seasons equally)

Edit: I don’t mean a state within the United States, I mean somewhere entirely outside of the US ... like where would be most similar if hypothetically you HAD to live elsewhere & assuming you really already like & feel comfortable within the US
