Preeclampsia or?

So had a high BP spike last week on Tuesday at my weekly appt. doctor immediately sent me to L&D to be monitored and have labs done to check for preeclampsia.. after a 4hr stay my BP leveled out and labs came back normal. They initially told me upon arrival that I was going to have to do a 24 hr urine collection to test protein levels but after BP returned normal they decided not to have me do it... fast forward three days later to Friday at a follow up

With my ob my BP is slightly elevated at 136 but not alarming. He wasn’t happy the L&D dr decided not to have me do the 24 hr Urine test so he ordered me to do one which I did and turned in to lab next day (sat). Had very little urine output and barely filled half the jug. Still waiting for results. Well since yesterday Sunday I woke up and have been having a very hard time breathing or getting a full breath of air. Still very little urine when I go and just feeling super off. Anxiety super high for no reason and very irritable on top of feeling nauseated off and on. Am I losing it or is this something to call about? My OB doesn’t have an after hr line either 😬
