Hot flashes anyone?
The past week I have been having the worst hot flashes. They come on almost instantly. I’m fine one second and fanning myself the next. I have had two in the last three days that have resulted in me laying in our bedroom practically naked with the ceiling fan on high and my husband wiping my arms, neck, and back down with a cold wash cloth.
