advice???

hi so i've started liking this guy after i hd a weird dream about him. I cant recall much but i know it was a REALLY REALLY weird dream. Since then I've developed a little "tiny" crush on the guy. also, the guys i've "talked" to before were sooo toxic and completely narcissistic. the guy i like right now is different. he feels different to me. it's like a small crush you'd have in elementary school. if that makes sense? anyways my point is, should i tell my closest friend about him?

a couple of reasons why i've been debating on telling her is: she'll be really cheesy with me when he's around AND i feel like she wouldn't be surprised if i told her. because me and him, we kinda play fight. like its nothing toxic!!! we both make each other laugh so really no feelings are hurt at the end of the day. plus, i guess we are kind of touchy? not really though.

i also feel like it's just a small crush that i'll probably get over in a couple of months. because I'm still hung over this one particular toxic guy....I'm still in the process of "letting him go". i'm kind of all over the place so i'll just restate my question. should i tell my closest friend about this small crush i have?
