Weight issue
Hi girls. I'm seriously struggling lately to motivate myself to lose weight. I'm trying to get back on track with slimming world in preperation for a girls summer holiday I have coming up. All my friends are alot slimmer than me as I'm around 13stone. I know I won't feel comfortable in the heat around them and don't want to spend my time sweating in baggy clothes 😂.
Basically my hope from this post is that some of you might have some easy to follow slimming world friendly recipes for me to follow as I work shifts and don't have alot of time to spend cooking. TIA x
