Preeclampsia disappeared?

Last week I was under 24h hospital observation for preeclampsia due to an onset of high blood pressure (I was also very stressed) and tiny amount of protein in my urine. The 24h urine test showed 301 but the norm is up to 300. The doctors decided to schedule my induction for tomorrow. Today I had a dr’s appointment and my blood pressure was great 120/81 and no sign of protein in urine! Looks like my preeclampsia disappeared? Did anyone heard about such thing? I am still being induced tomorrow though...
