Early positive, period bleed, still pregnant?

Is this possible? I've got some weird things going on. First of all, I feel like my cervix is high too early prior to my ovulation week, and has stayed that way now that I'm two days in to it. High soft and closed. I've got milky ewcm, and fatigue and what-feels-like gas pains right above my belly button. This would be my second pregnancy, and I was sure had a chemical last cycle when I got red bleeding with tissue after receiving three very faint lines (tested same time I did with baby no. 1, now 20mo).
