CPS WAS CONTACTED.
EDIT: THIS IS MY POST.
CPS has been contacted MULTIPLE times by my fiancé and i, also our MIL. MIL even offered to take her kids in but cps has done nothing except take them away for a new months, she got them back within 2 months, this way about 9 months ago, but my fiancé did call again today.
