I have LI too. Just wanted to tell you some cheeses are perfectly ok to eat, like Swiss and provolone The longer it's aged the less it should bother you But of course everyone is different so feel free to not take any chances. I understand 😂

I. Have. Died! My husband and I are sensitive to it but we don't care. We eat and fart it up together... usually but the smell of his farts are making my pregnant ass want to vomit so I band him from eating ice cream.

LOL, i have a dairy allergy so i can't even have lactose intolerant friendly products since they still contain milk protein 😭 my bf and i have to go to whole foods for dairy alternatives

Soooooo trueeeee!🤣🤣 I'm lactose intolerant as well, and when my hubby and I go grocery shopping while he and the kids get the "real milk" as they always tell me....I get the "fake milk"....🙄.

Then there’s my lactose intolerant husband who absolutely loves real cheese and will not give up on his true love, so I just have to deal with him damn shitting himself after every meal. 😩

Am I the only one who thinks it was pretty rude of the husband to act like he's doing her a favour by buying lactose intolerance friendly cheese. Some women (basically their partners) get so much flak for such things, while others get only positive comments. Whattttt
