Cramping w/ no blood

I’ve been cramping and it feels a bit intense, not excruciating, but a bit uncomfortable and worrisome. Also, my tail bone pain was wild for two days and today my lower back hurts. I keep squeezing my boobs to make sure they still hurt and I keep paying attention to see if I’m nauseous because I really don’t want my symptoms to go away yet. I’m 10 weeks and had a miscarriage at this stage the last time I was pregnant so I’m freaking out. I also have been pooping a lot today. Has anyone been in my shoes before ? I’m nervous but trying to chill out so bad.
