Early symptoms?

Okay gals, I need help! My body temp has been quite elevated these past few days (I’m generally around 98.8 and it’s been no lower than 100 all week) and I am BEYOND EXHAUSTED. I’m four days late right now and haven’t taken a test yet. We are waiting for my boyfriend to be back in town from work before we do. If I’m calculating this right, I would be a little over 4 weeks along if I were. I didn’t have ANY symptoms with my first so this is all new to me. Has anyone had symptoms appear this early before? Any insight would be greatly appreciated
