It's been awhile

Hello all,

On January 29th or so I got a negative preg test, however February 15th I got 2 positives. My last cycle was Dec 5, 2019. I set my 1st appointment and it was Tuesday 18th. We assumed I was 10 wks at this time based of last cycle. I got my 1st ultrasound and the tech asked basic questions and told me if I had questions i could speak with a nurse. She came in 10 minutes later and told me it was an abnormal pregnancy. She then asked basic questions. I assured her that mu cycles are very irregular and have been since I had my son 14 months ago. We did blood work and yesterday I got my HCG levels back and they were at 20,000. I did my second set today and results will be in tomorrow and I will find out the next steps. My question is, has anyone ever experienced this? I'm not sure if she seen a baby or not, she never said. However I did see a sac. Please enlightened me. I'm super confused and I cant wait for answers!
