What do we think this is girls..?

Okay so I’ve just been getting in the shower and noticed something stuck to the inside of my underwear, put it on some tissue and this is what it looks like:

Im 9DPO now and a couple of nights ago I was having some mild cramps that moved from side to side followed by some back ache and a head ache, I’ve also had prickly sensations in my nipples. Do we think this could be IB and I implanted a couple nights ago when I had those cramps..?

If you think it’s something else please comment below! So intrigued I’ve never had anything like this before. AF due Tuesday x
