I’m pregnant

So was not expecting this me and my husband have a three year old son and we had a Very hard time getting pregnant with him and we did plan on having a second child . I have pcos and my periods are very irregular so I didn’t think anything of it that I didn’t get my period last month and holy shit I took a test last night and it turned positive so fast I couldn’t believe it.... I’m 7 weeks or at least that’s what the app says. I’m beyond excited and kinda nervous!
