Miscarriage cramps?

Are miscarriage cramps a constant thing? I’ve been having on and off cramps my entire first trimester and yesterday my lower back was hurting pretty bad. I’m not for sure if I should be concerned or if this is normal. The cramps are normally over towards my hips and my upper abdomen. Some day I will have them and other days I won’t. I’m 10 weeks today and over all feel really good.
