Funny feeling Ovulation??

So I had an increase in clear slippy CM and strong ovulation pain. Im thinking all the stuff I took helped. However today the soreness is going away but I'm

having (gurgling/bubbling) now on the same side as I ovulate and I have never felt that before???? Anyone have any ideas? In only lasted for 15/20 mins.

My temps are different this time as well. Very close and infact iv had two sets of matching temps. Only a small dip but it is rising. Last month my temps where dramatic.

I ovulation yesterday but possibly today.
