Spotting TMI

I started spotting yesterday very little on the paper when I wiped I got blood work done and my hgc levels were right according to the 4 weeks but today its a little bit more I can see a couple of drops in the toilet. Should I be worried that the bleeding it's increasing? When should I go to the doctor?

It started a light pink and now it's bright red with my 1st miscarriage I had really bad cramps but right now I have light ones almost nothing.
