Broke my cats leg :/

My mom just told me when I was around 5 apparently I broke my cats leg on purpose and my excuse was that I wanted to see what would happen I guess like an experiment...I love cats and animals I can’t even kill insects and seeing road kill makes my heart ache...but her telling me that made me so sad and guilty ...I told my friend and she laughed and was like hollyyyyy you were ducked in the head ....like I was Literarly a kid I feel guilty
