Loose Membranes?????????
I am 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and at my appointment today my doctor did a membrane sweep and said that my membranes are pretty loose. A few hours after the sweep I lost some of what I assume is my mucus plug. I completely forgot to ask what she meant when she said my membranes are loose and I can’t find anything online. What exactly does it mean to have loose membranes?
