When would you announce?

So I'm 10 weeks and 1 day today. My mom, dad and stepmom know and that's it. We're debating on when we should announce. We were going to wait until 12 weeks but my dad keeps asking who and when he can tell. We've had 2 ultrasounds and baby was moving and we heard good heart beats on both. When would you tell family and make an announcement?

We are waiting until I’m almost 13 weeks. I’m 11 weeks tomorrow. It’s so hard!! We are very active in our church and my parents and in laws seem to think talking about my pregnancy in the wide open at church is a smart idea. 🤦‍♀️

My mom was like that and then she just took it upon her to tel everyone anyways 😡 We are still waiting until the next ultrasound (about 14 w) to post anything though.

My boyfriend and I have decided to wait until we know the gender. But our families and very close friends know. We haven’t announced on social media.

il be 12 weeks on monday but due to my history of early miscarriages and having high anxiety i am waiting a few more weeks. it's hard for me to feel like anytime point will be safe! but at 14 weeks we are going to a private ultrasound facility to get gender determination so after we see the baby healthy in there and know what it is we will make a social media announcement. I told close family and friends after we got the eight week confirmation ultrasound and there was a heartbeat￼￼￼

My first I was already 3 almost 4 months so we told everyone, my second we told at 9 weeks.  Now I’m due with our third in September and we told parents but not sure if we are tell everyone or just having the baby and like everyone meet the new baby! Don’t want to lose my excitement because our family are a..holds! Some people don’t want to wait and same like to make it pasted the 12 week mark because the first 12 are more likely to miscarriage. Discuss it with your other half and go from there! Congratulations!! ￼

It’s a personal decision! We’re waiting until 12 weeks. 10w3d now so almost there! My parents and his parents know. I need to tell my brother and sister before publicly announcing it.

I was in the same boat! I had an appointment yesterday at 10 weeks 3 days and everything was perfect so I went ahead and announced on our socials. Which my mom had already told like 90% of people even though we specifically asked her not to.🙂
