What do you do when you argue with your husband/bf/partner?

What do you all do? This is very childish, but we spend the whole time not talking and avoiding each other around the house. Until someone breaks....

Usually I leave the room because I’m upset then I take a deep breath think about how to express what I’m feeling without crying and go back and try to talk. I have a habit of crying out of frustration anger or what ever. It goes away.

I’m a sensitive person so I cry 😂 I end up leaving the room to calm down somtimes and he comes up and we talk about it and cuddle it of 🤷🏼‍♀️😂the most important thing is to talk about it to me but I also have to calm my self down before I talk it threw 😂

I can't do that. I am relentless. I have to talk about my feelings. We talk about it until we get to the root of the argument.

When we argue, we either don’t talk or he’ll leave to his sisters. I’m okay with him heading to his sister bcuz it’s time away to himself but once hes back home I’m usually the one that begins the talking. How it should be, you argue , you give each other space and then you talk it out. Me and him don’t portray the best example at all . Easier said than done.

when i’m realllly upset, i start walking around cleaning and slamming doors and shit. when he starts to argue back i cry 🤣 not on purpose. sometimes he makes me really mad so it’s a mad cry and other times i’m just sad and emotional so i cry. usually he caves when i cry but that’s not why i do it, i really can’t control it lol.

My husband walks away. I use to follow him but now that we're married I'm like "eh you'll be back" I usually go sulk in my bed lol till he comes in, we both apologize and then move on

We talk it out. We talk about how we feel, why we feel like that, and how we can fix it. There are times where I have trouble expressing how I feel so I keep quiet but other than that we try to be open with each other.
