Does anyone else find that Advil works way better than Tylenol

For things like headaches and cramps? My period started yesterday, and a few hours later, I started getting the worst headache of my ENTIRE life. We recently switched from Advil to Tylenol, since my fertility nurse said i shouldn't be taking Advil while ttc, for some reason. Well, anyways, I took Tylenol, and it had NO effect at all. I was moaning in pain for hours. My head felt like it was going to explode. I eventually fished out some Advil from the bottom of an old purse. My headache was gone in less than 10 minutes. What a lifesaver!
