Lots of pink EWCM after having a positive pregnancy test?🤔

So this morning I woke up with copious amounts of ewcm that was tinged a bit pink. I already got a couple positive pregnancy tests several days ago, so what is this from?

Is it possible to ovulate a second time after implanting? (No idea what DPO I could be due to wonky cycles after giving birth)

But with both my last pregnancies I've never had such discharge after a positive test..It was exactly the kind of cm you would want when ovulating too🤔
