Pain..

Guys I'm in so much freaking pain I dont know what to do...I'm 35 weeks almost 36 and just want my baby out, I've had so many issues with her I'm tired and in pain I cant get out of bed without help I've been having back pain since friday and cramping all over since 530 Saturday night (continuous and constant) what should I do? Nothing helps relax or ease the pain and i got sent home from lnd friday night and was told to take a muscle relaxer which didnt help..
