Anyone else with sciatica pain?
I have this terribly this pregnancy. I’m very active still (running around after a 2 year old, working out for 60 minutes 5 days a week, and working part time) and it has really caused some extra pain in my joints along my sciatic nerve. Butttt I have found that doing these stretches every morning or when ever I feel discomfort has helped me soooo much. So, I’m passing along my knowledge to everyone else.
