15+6 weeks pregnant and sick 😷 🤧

I’ve been sick since Thursday morning sore throat, mucus, low grade fever etc . My doctors office was closed Friday won’t open until Monday I’ve been taking Tylenol mostly once a day. And I was wondering if y’all would know if this is safe to take? I haven’t taken anything since only lemon and honey in hot water. I’m just trying to fight this cold off . Good thing the low grade fever was only for two days now it’s just mucus & cough
