Taking kids to prenatal appts

I have a 4 and 1.5 year old and just recently found out I’m expecting again. I’m nervous about taking them to my prenatal appointments. Is it okay if I bring them with me? They aren’t in preschool or daycare as im a sahm and I don’t have any friends or family here to watch them. My husband is the only one that works and can’t really take time off either. Advice? How do I keep them entertained at my appts? In the waiting room and especially while I’m in the patient room?
