Painfully bloated
I’ve been soooo bloated since yesterday that its uncomfortable and even painful sometimes. I’ve taken two doses of gas X with no relief. 😩😩 Drinking lots of water and trying to move around but I feel like I have a giant balloon in my abdomen. Any suggestions?
