Tubes tied at 21

Im 21, I’m 30 weeks pregnant with my babygirl and I have a 9 month old son. I’m getting ready to have my c section here in 9 weeks and since I’ll already be opened I’m gonna ask to have my tubes tied. This is something I’ve decided very recently and me and my so have talked about and both agreed on. Anybody get this done early on, and do you/do you not regret & why?

Edit; forgot to add, I think the biggest fear of mine with having more kids is having to have more c sections.
