Dealing with it help
So I’m 8 months pregnant and just started a new job. I’ve been having pretty bad anxiety/ panic attacks this whole time.
I’m having a hard time with full time hours because I get overly tired and that kind of triggers an attack. I’ve asked for part time hours and don’t want to lose the job all together but for the time being I have to deal with just surviving the full time hours. I’m working as mostly reception at a community center so I’m not able to just take a minute to rest my eyes.
I need some advice on how to deal with attacks during work?
