Is this safe?? (Sore Throat..HELP!)

I am 11 weeks and i think i have a really bad sinus infection. My throat hurts so bad and it feels like I’m swallowing knives and i can barely talk it sounds like I’m losing my voice. I have 3 other littles to tend to so i can’t stay bed bound. My husband told me to try to take some Tylenol Sore Throat but i am not sure if it is safe during pregnancy. 
Does anyone know if this would be okay for me to take?

The best thing for sore throats is actually just hot water, honey and lemon ! (I work in the medical field and this advice is direct from the NHS website which is the UK national healthcare). There's very little evidence that cough syrups etc actually work (although the Tylenol aspect will obviously help with the sore feeling) :)

I would check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking anything except for what’s on the safe list that they gave you. Despite regular Tylenol being safe to take, this medication has other ingredients in it that may not be safe to take during pregnancy.

i was told only to take robitussin dm...i’m always paranoid about taking any medicine in first trimester

I was told the pills are safe. I never asked about the liquid. But if the tylenol cough and cold pills are the same ingredients ied say its safe. Just make sure it doesnt have alcohol in it

I know regular Tylenol is safe, but I’m not sure about this. I would ask doctor just to be on the safe side!
